Once in a while, Second Life graphics just mess up. Sometimes you are "Ruthed." referring to the default female Ruth avatar. In that case you'll appear as Ruth for some time, until the graphics catch up. Sometimes other strange things happen.

In this case, I'm gray & no clothes except my Nittany Lion Belt Buckle! Gotta love it.

The point is, most people I encounter in SL are mortified that this might happen to them. As an educator attempting to project a certain image, I totally understand that desire. But sometimes SL has other ideas, and you just have to roll with the punches - naked.
