Can World of Warcraft Help Build a Better Workforce?

The idea here is that certain aspects of leadership in WoW transfer to success in the business place. Read the article and look at the research to date. What do you think?
It reminds me of the studies which suggest that people who participate in team sports learn team skills which apply well in the business world. It makes sense that a team online game would do the same, so I'm glad to see people studying this seriously.
One advantage to World of Warcraft could be that you can hone your team skills without necessarily being super-athletic (a factor for people with some disabilities).
